I need some healthy vegetarian ideas & recipes?
I’m obviously a vegetarian. Strict so I don’t eat fish or eggs.
I’m trying to loose some belly fat but I don’t know what foods I should eat.
Obviously fruits & vegetables but I mean meal-wise.
I would normally eat pasta or pizza or a frozen food of some sort to compensate for meals but now I want natural, tasty, vegetarian, healthy meals I could construct to satisfy my needs of hunger.
Any ideas?

I’d go for pulses and legumes.
Rice and beans (you can add veggies, make it spicy, eat it in a taco or burrito, etc.)

The reason for the belly fat is that your diet is high in starch. Pasta and pizza, even if they’re made with 100% whole wheat, are more likely to put pounds on than fresh vegetables and fruit. If they’re not home-made they probably also have higher quantities of fat and sugar than they need. Just about anything you cook at home will be better for you.

Pasta and pizza will make you fat.
Let me tell you what I made for lunch.
Brown rice. Beans on the stove (I put cayenne in them, i like spicy stuff.) Just cook for like 6 min over lowish heat on the stove.f Then put some cheese on a tortilla and heat that quickly on stove. Combine. Roll and eat. Add sour cream if you want. Add salsa if you want. I make salsa by chopping tomatoes and I put lime, hot pepper, cilantro, salt and pepper in it.
Also you can make rice and cook vegetables and mix them in. Can be really good. Surf the net for some ideas. You should eat lots of beans and brown rice to get protein. Also I make humus (super easy to make if you have a blender or food processor). Then you can make a sandwich or wrap with diff veggies and humus. I also like avocado sandwiches. Put avocado with some lime and seasoning smashed into it on bread. Add tomoato, peperoncinis and sprouts. Yum!

Risotto made with vegetable stock and/or mushroom stock. Mushroom stock can be a good substitute for chicken stock in general.
You may also try Bouchees aux Champignons with tomato sauce instead of cream-based sauce. You can make this without meat or animal related stuff.
You can use tomatoes instead of cream if it is appropriate. You can use olive oil instead of butter etc.
With imagination and right palate, you can modify and create countless recipes without meat.
If you have a specific dish in mind, I may be able to modify it for you…
